1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CamGirlCentral.com (the "Site"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use this Site.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Sharp Fleur, the operator of CamGirlCentral.com (together with Sharp Fleur, the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use following changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

4a. Third-Party Advertising

Ad placements are visually labeled "Advertisement" and are independently selected, served, and measured by those networks. CamGirlCentral.com does not author, endorse, vouch for, or pre-screen the creative content, claims, products, or services advertised through these placements, and the appearance of an advertisement on or near a Model Page does not constitute endorsement by CamGirlCentral or by any model whose page the advertisement appears on. Clicking an advertisement will exit this Site and route you to a third-party destination governed by that destination's terms and privacy policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute arising out of, or relating to, an advertisement (including the goods or services advertised, the content of the creative, billing or chargeback issues with the advertiser, or any data the advertising network or advertiser collects from you) is solely between you and the advertiser and/or the advertising network. CamGirlCentral.com and Sharp Fleur shall have no liability for, and you release CamGirlCentral.com and Sharp Fleur from, claims arising out of advertising creative, advertiser conduct, or third-party-network data practices. This provision does not waive any non-waivable consumer-protection right you may have under applicable law.

5.2 Third-Party Links

"Buy Now" links may redirect to third-party retailers. Purchases made on third-party sites are governed by those sites' terms and policies. Sharp Fleur is not responsible for third-party transactions.

All content on this Site owned or controlled by Sharp Fleur is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view this content for personal, non-commercial purposes. 8. Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHARP FLEUR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. SHARP FLEUR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

9. Governing Law, Informal Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

(a) Informal Resolution. Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and allow 60 days to resolve the dispute informally.

(b) Small-Claims Carve-Out. Either party may bring a qualifying individual claim in small-claims court in Berks County, Pennsylvania.

(c) Arbitration. All other disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. For consumer claims under $10,000, we will pay all AAA filing and administrative fees.

(d) Class Waiver. You and Sharp Fleur waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. If this class waiver is held unenforceable, the entire Arbitration subsection (c) is severable and non-arbitrable claims proceed in the courts identified above.

10. Affiliate Relationships

CamGirlCentral participates in affiliate marketing programs. Outbound links on our overview pages under /watch/sites/ and related overview content may earn us a commission if you sign up and transact on the destination platform. Commission is paid by the destination platform, not by you, and does not affect our editorial analysis. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

11. User Submissions

If we enable comments, site overviews, or other user content, you grant Sharp Fleur a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to host, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your submission in connection with the Site. You represent that the submission is yours, does not infringe third-party rights, and does not depict any person under 18. We may remove any submission at our sole discretion and are not a publisher of user content within the meaning of 47 U.S.C. §230(c).

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, or bulk-download overview content except via our robots.txt-permitted paths; (b) use the Site to harass, defame, or solicit; (c) attempt to circumvent the age gate or affiliate tracking; (d) resell, repackage, or redistribute our editorial content; or (e) use automated bots to click affiliate links or manipulate analytics.

13. Third-Party Platforms

Our overviews describe third-party cam, dating, and content platforms that we do not own or control. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of any platform's marketing claims, payout terms, content moderation, or performer treatment. Your relationship with any third-party platform is solely between you and that platform. Sharp Fleur is not a party to and accepts no liability for transactions, disputes, or injuries arising from your use of any linked platform.

Multiple Live-Stream Networks. Our /live directory aggregates listings from more than one independent live-stream network, including (without limitation) the networks identified at /affiliate-disclosure and /statement-2257. Each network operates under its own terms of service, privacy policy, content rules, geographic restrictions, and performer record-keeping framework. Your interaction with any network's stream, player, chat, tipping, or account features is governed by that network's terms, not ours. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the availability, content, or conduct of any performer or network, and we are not a party to any transaction or interaction between you and any performer or network. You agree to comply with each network's terms when you use their services through our directory.

14. Model Pages, Affiliate Tracking, and Eligibility

14.1 What a Model Page Is. A Model Page (also called a Creator Profile) is a free, optional, performer-operated public page at camgirlcentral.com/model/[username] that links out to your accounts on third-party cam, subscription, content, and social platforms. It is separate from your CamGirlCentral shopping account and shares only the sign-in identity. Your use of a Model Page is governed by these Terms in addition to your acceptance of the Model Page Eligibility check and the affiliate-tracking acknowledgment at claim time.

14.2 Eligibility — Age. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to claim or hold a Model Page. We collect your date of birth at claim and we will refuse claims that resolve to age under 18. Your date of birth is held privately and is not shown on your public page.

14.3 Eligibility — Jurisdiction. We do not currently accept Model Page claims from residents of Texas, Louisiana, Utah, Virginia, Mississippi, Arkansas, North Carolina, Kentucky, Florida, Tennessee, Indiana, Montana, Oklahoma, Idaho, Nebraska, Kansas, Georgia, South Carolina, or Ohio. These states have enacted adult-content age-verification statutes that place additional legal requirements on platforms operating in the adult space. Although a Model Page is a directory listing rather than a content-distribution service, we have chosen to keep our posture in those states consistent with our other adult-facing surfaces while the law develops. We may revisit this list as the legal landscape evolves. Residents of those states may still maintain a regular CamGirlCentral shopping account.

14.4 Affiliate Link Wrapping. When you place an outbound link on your Model Page (for example, your Chaturbate room, your Stripchat profile, your OnlyFans, your fansite, or any other platform from our supported catalog), CamGirlCentral may automatically modify that outbound link before it is shown to visitors so that clicks are tracked through our affiliate, referral, or revenue-share relationships with those platforms. This includes adding tracking parameters, routing through smart-link services, substituting referral IDs, or otherwise tagging the click as originating from CamGirlCentral. You will continue to see the raw destination URL when you edit your page; visitors are sent through the wrapped version.

14.5 Revenue. When a visitor clicks a wrapped outbound link from your Model Page and that click results in a signup, deposit, purchase, subscription, or other action that the destination platform pays a commission, referral fee, or revenue share on, CamGirlCentral keeps 100% of that payment. You are not entitled to any portion of the affiliate revenue, finder's fee, lifetime revenue share, or any other compensation tied to traffic CamGirlCentral sends from your Model Page, and no such revenue creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and CamGirlCentral. Your own performer earnings from the destination platform (token revenue, subscription payouts, tips, or studio pay) are paid to you by that destination platform under its own terms and are unaffected by our tracking.

14.6 Scope - Current and Future Partners. The wrapping described in Section 14.4 applies to every affiliate, referral, or revenue-share relationship that CamGirlCentral has now or adds in the future, including relationships added after you claimed your username. CamGirlCentral is not required to notify you when a new partner is added to the catalog or when wrapping is enabled for a destination you already linked to. If you do not want a particular destination wrapped, your remedy is to remove that link from your Model Page or to deactivate the page entirely under Section 14.10.

14.7 Image Content Policy. Avatars and banner images uploaded to a Model Page must NOT depict nudity, exposed genitalia, bare female nipples, or explicit sexual activity. Model Pages are designed to be shareable across general-audience platforms (X, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, messaging apps) whose policies prohibit explicit imagery. You may, and are expected to, link OUT from your Model Page to explicit content elsewhere; the Model Page itself must remain non-explicit. Violations will result in the image being removed and, at our sole discretion, the Model Page being unpublished.

14.8 Username and Third-Party Marks. You may not claim a username that is confusingly similar to a third-party trademark, another performer's name you do not hold rights to, or the name of a public figure you are not. Impersonation claims may result in username reassignment. We may also reclaim, rename, or reassign a username at our sole discretion, including for prolonged inactivity (twelve months or more with no login), in response to a good-faith trademark complaint, or to enforce these Terms. We are not obligated to notify you before doing so.

14.9 License. By uploading images and submitting links, you grant Sharp Fleur a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and redistribute them in connection with your public Model Page. You retain ownership. You represent and warrant that (a) you hold all necessary rights, licenses, and consents to the material you upload; (b) every person depicted in the material is at least 18 years old; (c) every person depicted has given you permission to upload and publicly display their likeness on the Site; (d) the material does not infringe any third-party intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity right; (e) you own or control every handle, username, and link you publish on your Model Page; and (f) your use of the Model Page does not violate any agreement you have with any platform, agency, network, studio, or manager.

14.10 Your Right to Deactivate. You can take your Model Page down at any time and for any reason by using the deactivation flow in your account settings. On deactivation, CamGirlCentral will stop serving the page at camgirlcentral.com/model/[your-username] and will stop wrapping outbound links from that page. CamGirlCentral cannot control caches operated by third parties (search engines, archive services, content delivery networks, browser caches), and you understand that previously wrapped links already published, copied, or cached by third parties may continue to function for some period after deactivation. CamGirlCentral will not intentionally re-publish your Model Page after deactivation.

14.11 Take-down. Independent of your right to deactivate, Sharp Fleur may remove, unpublish, rename, or reassign any Model Page at our sole discretion, including in response to policy violations, suspected impersonation, suspected underage claimants, disputes, or requests from third parties.

14.12 No Endorsement. A Model Page is a directory listing the model controls. CamGirlCentral does not endorse, vouch for, or guarantee any outside platform you link to, and you do not endorse CamGirlCentral by claiming a page. Display of your page on the Site is not a representation that CamGirlCentral has reviewed, verified, or approved the platforms in your link list.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sharp Fleur, its members, officers, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to (a) content you upload or submit to the Site, including images, links, bios, and usernames on your Creator Profile; (b) your breach of these Terms, including the content and rights representations in Sections 11 and 14; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual-property, publicity, or privacy rights. Sharp Fleur reserves the right to assume exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you will cooperate with that defense.

16. No Employment or Agency

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint-venture, or franchise relationship between you and Sharp Fleur. Creator Profile holders are not Sharp Fleur performers, and Sharp Fleur is not a cam platform, talent agency, or performer-management service. You are solely responsible for your own business, tax, and compliance obligations.
