Copyright Infringement Notification

Required Elements

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing the required elements under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Sharp Fleur will process valid counter-notifications in accordance with the DMCA.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Sharp Fleur will terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Live-Stream Networks and Upstream Takedown Notices
CamGirlCentral.com does not host, store, or transcode the live video, thumbnails, or performer metadata shown on its /live directory. That content is rendered live from the originating network's API and content-delivery network. The originating network is the proper recipient of any DMCA notice, copyright complaint, or content-removal request that targets the underlying live stream, image, or performer profile. Each network's process is described in its own DMCA / abuse policy.
Where an upstream network or its affiliate program (including, without limitation, Cam4Pays, StripCash / mavrtracktor, BongaCash, or CamSoda) provides written notice that a specific room, performer, or thumbnail must be removed from our directory, CamGirlCentral.com will remove that listing promptly and in any event within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the notice, regardless of whether the notice would qualify as a DMCA notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512.
