Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
California residents have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information.
What This Means at CamGirlCentral
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, when you click an outbound affiliate link on our Site (including overview pages under /watch/sites/ and links on Model Pages at /model/[username]), the destination platform receives standard browser-supplied data (your IP address and user-agent), an HTTP referrer identifying CamGirlCentral.com, and a sub-identifier we use to attribute the click. Under the broad CPRA definition of "sharing," that affiliate-attribution exchange may qualify as sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
How to Opt Out
You have three ways to opt out, each effective immediately:
- Block analytics and advertising cookies via our Cookie Preferences. Click the Cookie Preferences link in our footer and disable Analytics and Advertising. Affiliate-tracking cookies stop being set on subsequent navigation.
- Use a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Modern browsers and privacy extensions (DuckDuckGo, Brave, Privacy Badger, etc.) can broadcast a GPC header. We honor GPC as a valid opt-out under California regulations - if your browser sends one, we treat affiliate-tracking parameters as off for your session, no further action required.
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Share - California" and the email address tied to your CamGirlCentral account. We will record the opt-out within 15 business days, the maximum allowed under CPRA, and confirm in reply.
Authorized Agents
California residents may also designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on their behalf. Email [email protected] with proof of designation (signed authorization or power of attorney), the consumer's name and account email, and the agent's contact information. We will verify directly with the consumer before processing.
Other California Privacy Rights
In addition to the right to opt out of sharing, California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of sensitive personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] from the email address on your account. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
No Discrimination
We do not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level or quality of service to consumers who exercise their privacy rights.
