Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• Automatically: Aggregate, non-identifying request data (page visited, referral source, country-level location, device class) via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not store IP addresses or persistent identifiers.
• Cookies: Essential cookies for site functionality (age-gate, theme, cart). Third-party advertising networks shown on this site (e.g., ExoClick) may set their own cookies on ad placements; those cookies are governed by the respective network's privacy policy and opt-out mechanism.
• Voluntarily: Information you provide through contact forms, email correspondence, or when creating an account (first name, last name, email, password).

1a. Model Pages — Information You Provide

CamGirlCentral offers an optional Model Page directory at camgirlcentral.com/model/[username]. A Model Page (also called a Creator Profile) is a public profile you create to direct visitors to your other platforms, social handles, and links. Because the Model Page is a public directory listing, certain information you provide is public by design - that is the purpose of the page. Other information is collected privately for verification, eligibility, and recordkeeping, and is never shown on the public page.

Information shown on your public Model Page

• Username (this becomes the URL: camgirlcentral.com/model/[username])
• Display name
• Bio (up to 280 characters, written by you)
• Avatar image (compressed to WebP at 512×512 max before storage)
• Banner image (compressed to WebP at 1500×500 max before storage)
• Accent color
• Outbound platform links (the platform name and your handle on that platform)
• Optional Reddit handle, if provided, and a small "Verified Model" indicator if a CamGirlCentral subreddit moderator has granted that flair

You control all of this content. You can edit or remove any of it at any time from /model/edit, and you can deactivate your Model Page entirely from your account settings, which removes the public page and queues your associated data for deletion under our retention schedule (see §7). Profile pages are marked noindex, nofollow and disallowed in robots.txt, so they are not promoted in search engines.

Information collected privately and never shown on your public page

• Email address. Inherited from your CamGirlCentral account. We use it to send a one-time verification email when you first claim a Model Page, and to contact you about your Model Page if needed.
• Customer ID. An internal identifier linking your Model Page to your CamGirlCentral account.
• Date of birth. Collected at claim time to confirm you are 18 or older. We use the date you provide to compute your age and to refuse Model Page claims from anyone under 18. Your date of birth is never displayed on your Model Page.
• Jurisdiction. US claimants provide their US state; non-US claimants provide their country. We use this information to (i) determine whether your jurisdiction permits us to host a Model Page for you under applicable adult-content age-verification laws (see §1c "Jurisdictional Eligibility"), and (ii) maintain our recordkeeping diligence under federal recordkeeping rules. Your jurisdiction is never displayed on your Model Page.
• IP address and browser user-agent at claim time and at material edits, used for fraud prevention and audit trail.

Audit log. Every time you create or materially edit your Model Page, we append a record to an internal audit log containing the timestamp, the action taken, and a summary of what changed. Audit log entries are visible only to authorized CamGirlCentral staff through internal staff tools and are retained for the life of your account plus 24 months after deactivation, after which they are deleted unless we are required by law to retain them longer.

Consent ledger. When you accept the Model Page Terms, the affiliate-tracking disclosure, the eligibility statements, or other consents at claim or reactivation, we record an immutable consent entry containing the consent type, the version of the disclosure you accepted, the timestamp, your IP address, and your browser user-agent. This ledger is the basis on which we can later prove what you agreed to, and it is retained on the same schedule as the audit log.

Verification email. When you first claim a Model Page, we send a one-time verification email through our transactional email provider (Brevo). The email contains a single-use link that confirms control of the email address. We log the send, the click, and the verification timestamp. The email is transactional (account security) and is sent regardless of your marketing email preferences.

Affiliate and referral tracking on outbound links. Some of the outbound links you place on your Model Page are configured by CamGirlCentral as affiliate or referral links. When a visitor clicks one of those links, we may append referral parameters to the destination URL and may set a first-party cookie on camgirlcentral.com to attribute the click. The destination platform may also set its own cookies on its own domain; that is governed by the destination platform's privacy policy, not ours. The terms governing how affiliate revenue is shared are described in the Model Page Terms and our Affiliate Disclosure.

Reddit Verified Model flair workflow (optional). If you provide a Reddit handle on your Model Page and request Verified Model flair on a CamGirlCentral-affiliated subreddit, the verification process operates entirely on Reddit. You send a modmail message to the subreddit from your Reddit account; that message and any contents you include in it are governed by Reddit's privacy policy and are not under CamGirlCentral's control. CamGirlCentral receives only the resulting confirmation that your Reddit handle has been verified, which we record on your Model Page profile (privately) and surface as a small "Verified" indicator on your public page.

1b. Model Pages — Why We Collect Date of Birth

Federal recordkeeping principles applicable to adult-content services treat age verification as the threshold safeguard against minors appearing on or operating accounts on adult platforms. We collect and validate date of birth at Model Page claim time as a self-attested representation that you are 18 or older. We do not display your date of birth, share it with third parties, or use it for marketing. We retain it only as the basis for our age-floor enforcement and audit trail, and we delete it on the schedule described in §7.

Self-attested DOB at claim is the diligence floor for a directory-style listing. It is not a substitute for the more rigorous identity verification that may occur at later points in the relationship (for example, if you ever become eligible for a direct payout from us, KYC requirements under banking and payment-processor rules will apply at that step).

1c. Model Pages — Jurisdictional Eligibility

CamGirlCentral does not currently accept Model Page claims from residents of Texas, Louisiana, Utah, Virginia, Mississippi, Arkansas, North Carolina, Kentucky, Florida, Tennessee, Indiana, Montana, Oklahoma, Idaho, Nebraska, Kansas, Georgia, South Carolina, or Ohio. These states have enacted adult-content age-verification statutes that place additional legal requirements on platforms operating in the adult space. Although a Model Page is a directory listing rather than a content-distribution service, we have chosen to keep our posture in those states consistent with our other adult-facing surfaces while the law develops. We may revisit this list as the legal landscape evolves. Residents of those states may still maintain a regular CamGirlCentral shopping account.

For non-US claimants, we collect country of residence. Site-wide blocking of jurisdictions where adult content is illegal under local law (and US-sanctioned destinations) is enforced at our network edge before requests reach the Model Page service.

1d. Live Stream Directory Operations (/live)

When you visit a /live page (including /live/cam4, /live/stripchat, /live/bongacams, and /live/camsoda), we process the following information to render the page and to comply with performer- and country-level access restrictions:

• Your country, US state or region, and browser language preference. We read these values from your network connection and your browser's standard request headers each time you load a /live listing or model page. We use them only to evaluate, in real time, whether a given performer's listing is permitted to be shown to viewers in your location and language (some performers restrict their visibility by country, region, or language under their agreement with the upstream network). We do not store these values beyond our standard operational request log, which is retained for approximately 30 days for security and operational purposes.
• Performer metadata. To populate the directory we maintain a cache of public performer information supplied to us by the upstream network's API, including username, tags, country of origin, viewer count, and current stream status. The cache refreshes approximately every 30 seconds. Performer entries that have been absent from the upstream API for 30 consecutive days are automatically deleted from our systems.
• Performer images and stream content. We do not host or proxy performer images or video. When you load a /live page, your browser fetches images and stream content directly from the upstream network's content-delivery network and player. Cookies and other tracking technologies that may be set in connection with that direct connection are governed by the upstream network's privacy policy (see cam4.com/privacy, stripchat.com/privacy, bongacams.com/privacy-policy, and camsoda.com/privacy).

If you would like to know whether a specific performer is restricted from your location, you may submit a request to [email protected]; we cannot, however, alter the upstream network's restrictions.

3. Cookies

The cookies set on this Site fall into two categories:

• Essential (first-party): Required for the site to function — age-gate confirmation, theme preference, cart contents, and cookie-notice dismissal. These cannot be disabled while you use the Site.
• Third-party advertising: Advertising networks displayed on this Site (e.g., ExoClick) may set their own cookies on the ad slots they serve. Those cookies are not set by CamGirlCentral.com and are governed by the respective network's privacy policy. You can opt out of cross-network behavioral advertising via each network's standard opt-out flow, or by using browser-level controls (Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control), which we honor where required by law.

We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or any other first-party advertising or analytics tag that sets cookies. Our analytics provider is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it counts page views without identifying you and stores no persistent identifier in your browser.

4. Affiliate Relationships and Outbound Tracking

CamGirlCentral.com participates in affiliate marketing programs, including but not limited to CrakRevenue. When you click an outbound affiliate link anywhere on the Site — including overview pages under /watch/sites/ and links on Creator Profiles at /model/<username> — the destination platform receives: (a) standard browser-supplied data such as your IP address and user-agent; (b) an HTTP referrer identifying CamGirlCentral.com; and (c) a unique sub-identifier (commonly called "aff_sub5" or "subID") that the affiliate network returns to us via postback to attribute conversions to a specific placement.

This sub-identifier is not tied to your name, email, or account, but is a persistent identifier under the CCPA/CPRA and constitutes "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. California residents may opt out by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "CCPA opt-out", or by enabling Global Privacy Control in their browser, which we honor automatically. We do not receive your payment information, account credentials, or any data you provide to the destination platform after the click.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following subprocessors. Each is grouped by the purpose it serves under GDPR Art. 13(1)(e) and CCPA service-provider rules:

Essential (site operation):

• Cloudflare (CDN, security, performance, and image/asset storage via Cloudflare R2 for Creator Profile avatars and banners)
• Cloudflare Turnstile (bot-protection challenge on contact and deactivation forms)

Analytics:

• Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless; aggregates page-view counts without storing IP addresses or identifiers in your browser)

Advertising and affiliate:

• ExoClick (display advertising on certain Site placements). ExoClick may set its own cookies and similar identifiers on the ad slots it serves to deliver, frequency-cap, and measure advertisements; those cookies are governed by ExoClick's privacy policy at exoclick.com/privacy. Ad placements on this Site are visually labeled "Advertisement" and are not endorsed by CamGirlCentral or any model whose Model Page they may appear on.
• CrakRevenue, mavrtracktor / StripCash, Cam4Pays, BongaCash, CamSoda's direct affiliate program, and similar adult affiliate networks (when you click an outbound affiliate link anywhere on the Site)

Payment:

• Stripe (shop checkout, payment processing, fraud screening)

Communications:

• Brevo (newsletter list, transactional email, contact-form delivery)

6. Your Privacy Rights

California (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and the right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell personal information for money, but our affiliate tracking described in §4 qualifies as "sharing." Exercise these rights at [email protected], or by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we honor automatically.

EU/EEA/UK (GDPR/UK-GDPR): The lawful bases for our processing are (i) legitimate interests for essential site operation, cookieless aggregate analytics, and fraud prevention, (ii) consent for any third-party advertising cookies set by ad networks displayed on the Site, and (iii) contract performance for shop orders. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and to withdraw consent. Controller: Sharp Fleur, contact [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7. Data Retention

Cloudflare Web Analytics aggregates traffic counts without storing IP addresses or persistent identifiers; aggregated reports are retained for approximately six months. Cookie-notice dismissals, age-gate confirmations, theme, and cart state are stored locally in your browser. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Shop order records are retained for tax and consumer-protection compliance (typically seven years).

Creator Profile data. Profile documents and uploaded profile images are retained until you unpublish or delete the profile, or close your account. On deletion we remove the profile document from our search index and delete the avatar and banner image files from Cloudflare R2 within 30 days. Cached copies may persist briefly on edge CDNs and third-party services that previously fetched the public URL (for example, social-share preview caches). We cannot control those downstream caches; they typically expire on their own.

7.1 Age-Gate Consent Record

When you confirm you are 18 or older via the entry gate, we store a consent record in your browser's local storage under the key cgc_age_verified. This record contains a timestamp and version numbers for the then-current Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. It expires automatically after 24 hours or when we publish a material update to these documents, whichever is sooner. This record never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party. By confirming the age gate and continuing to use the Site, you agree to our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.

8. Children

This Site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.

9. Contact

10. How to Delete Your Account or Data

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time. Options:

• Sign in to your account and use the deactivation flow in Settings.
• Email [email protected] from the email address on your account.

Upon a verified deletion request we will, within 30 days:

• Delete your Creator Profile document from our search index, including display name, username, bio, links, and accent color.
• Delete your uploaded profile images (avatar and banner) from Cloudflare R2.
• Remove you from our Brevo marketing list and any pending transactional queues.
• Delete your customer record and cart, except order history, invoices, payment records, and tax data, which we retain for up to seven (7) years as required by applicable tax and consumer-protection law (a lawful basis we rely on under GDPR Art. 6(1)(c) and Art. 17(3)(b)/(e)).
• Retain minimal deletion-log metadata (hash of account email, deletion timestamp) for audit purposes.

Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data may persist indefinitely. Cached copies on edge CDNs and third-party services typically expire on their own within days.
